Khoniflow (khoniflow.com) is an online service for social media and sales: a Telegram bot with products and payments, connecting your Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube and TikTok accounts, a post planner, analytics, an AI assistant, automatic replies and data import from other tools.
You need an account: sign up with email, Google or Telegram. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity in your dashboard. You may connect only accounts you own or manage on the owner's behalf.
The first 14 days are free. After that you pay for the chosen plan monthly or yearly; prices and limits are shown in the dashboard under Plan & billing. If a subscription is not paid, features are paused; your data is kept until you delete your account.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, contacting you first unless immediate action is needed.
Your text, photos, videos, products and knowledge base belong to you; you allow us to store and publish them only to provide the service. You control the data of your bot's and accounts' subscribers; we process it on your behalf under the Privacy Policy.
AI replies are based on your knowledge base and product list. AI can make mistakes: review your knowledge base and turn on automatic replies when you are confident in it.
We work to keep the service running without interruptions but are not responsible for outages or changes on the side of social networks, payment providers or hosting. Khoniflow's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
You can disconnect any social account or delete your account at any time in the dashboard (Profile → Delete account). Refunds for a paid period are agreed with support.
The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies. Disputes are settled by negotiation, or otherwise in court at the operator's location.
