Deleting your data in Khoniflow

Request status

Disconnect one social account

Dashboard → Connections → Disconnect next to the account. Its access token, profile and statistics are deleted immediately.

Delete your whole Khoniflow account

Dashboard → Profile → Delete account. Profiles, products, bot subscribers, sales, posts, files, the knowledge base and all connected social accounts are deleted immediately. You get a request code to check the status on this page.

Through Instagram, Facebook or Threads

Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Khoniflow → Remove. Facebook: Settings → Apps and websites → Khoniflow → Remove, and tick "Delete activity". Threads: Settings → Security → Apps and websites. Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the data of that account.

YouTube and Sign in with Google

Disconnect YouTube in the dashboard or remove Khoniflow's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

If you are a subscriber of someone else's bot or account

Contact the owner of the bot or account. You can also contact us: we will delete your data from the service within 7 days and confirm.
